The 24 km canoe trip down the Gorges de l’Ardèche offers a more physical approach to the Ardèche Gorges, and a chance to discover the protected Gorges nature reserve. It takes several hours of sailing to reach the final base at Sauze, but you’ll be able to enjoy the natural wonders in plenty of time for a swim or two.

Public: Adults and children aged 7 and over

Duration: approx. 4h30 (*time given as a guide)

Return shuttles: Between 4 and 5 p.m. in Sauze

Arrivals and departures

Departure times: Buses depart at 8:30, 9, 9:30, 10 a.m.

Departure base: Châmes landing stage*.

Arrival time: Between 4pm and 5pm

Arrival base: Sauze landing stage (final finish)

The departure base is that for the descent, given for information purposes only. You must first go to the Itinéraire Passion Pavilion(see access map), from where you will be taken to the corresponding pier.
